There is a Complex of Mo, overall positive 1 charge. It has 4 ligands, 2 of which are Cp- rings, 1 is H- and the final is ethene.
I can't find the name of the complex, so I'm posting here.
Would ligand field theory, and spectrochemical series predict the complex to be tetrahedral or square planar?
I think square planar. What do you think?

Do you mean
[(η5-Cp)2Mo(η2-C2H4)H]+ PF6-
