I would like to try and make a weed killer with the chemical composition of C10H19N5O
Does anyone know where I could find a recipe for it?
or could someone give me instructions on how to make?

My bet is if you have to ask this way (giving molecular formula instead of a structural one) you don't have the knowledge to safely synthesize the compound.

Googling for "weed killer C10H19N5O" gives some suggestions as to what is the identity of the substance.
