Title: feel of use in shampoo?!

hi all
what does the statement of " feel of use" exactly mean in shampoo properties?
for example, read this paragraph:
The formulation of shampoo should be determined by examining the appearance, viscosity, lathering, detergency, safety, and feel of use.
