Title: Antibody conjugation to COOH functionalized nanoparticles

Hi

Can anybody recommend a good paper which I can follow for EDC/NHS coupling of Ab to -COOH-NP. I know there are many out there but all the papers I see use huge quantities of Ab which I don't think I can afford when using a commercially available Ab.
Just haven't been able to get my head around what should be the ratio of NP and Ab

Try to work out the number of active sites on each nanoparticle. That should get you within an order of magnitude or two of what you need
