Title: O-chem advanced books recommendations.
Post by: sharbeldam on September 20, 2019, 02:41:56 PM
I recently finished 3 O-chem books including Paula Bruice's, but they all explain the reactions of O-chem 1 and 2.
I wanna ask you since most of you know way more than just O-chem 1/2 which is considered college level. which books do you recommend so i can learn more and more O-chem reactions?

Thank you.

Carey and Sundberg's two volume set is quite exhaustive;
March is a great resource - particularly if you are working in the lab but a difficult read
Anslyn and Dougherty is more recent.
There are quite a few others... Lowry and Richardson is a bit out of date now.
