Title: Relationship between ph and pka,Help

I understand that closer Ka is to 0 or 1 the stronger the acid( more it dissociates) or base if it is Kb,but for simplicity let s talk  only about pka and pH
So.. the closer to 0 or 1 Ka is the stronger the acid and  when you take pka =-log Ka.What i don t know is:
Since pka plus pkb equals 14 and ph  and poh equals,again , 14
What if ph is equal to pka ?
What if ph is smaller than pka?
What if ph is bigger than pka?

It tells us a bit about degree of dissociation.

Somehow I have a feeling you are trying to compare apples and oranges and you don't understand how pH and pKa are related (hint: they are not, or, at least there are many other factors that need to be taken into account before we can talk about any meaningful relationship).
