HI!!
I have a doubt about the MO diagram of NH3
Here a picture with the MOs:

Now why I mix the s pz px and py of N with a combination of 3H (salc) and I'm not using instead the hybrid orbital sp3??
Why when we make a MO diagram we use the ""standard"" s,px,pz and py orbital of N and NOT the four sp3 orbitals of N?
