Is it easier to remove an electron from Fe or Na ?

Na, check electronegativity.

Na, check electronegativity.
Do you mean the first energy of ionization?

Na, check electronegativity.

Electronegativity is a conventional value. It does not relate properly with the electron affinity nor the energy of ionization - nor do the last two relate simply with an other.
