Title: How to quantify the amount of a specific protein in a sample of cells?

I'm interested in techniques that would allow you to quantify the amount of a specific protein in a cell culture, resulting in the weight (amount) of the protein in each culture sample. I'm aware of ChIP, affinity chromatography, and western blots, but not unaware of a technique to get the total quantity of the protein produced by a cell culture.

One way would to be to perform a Western blot alongside a standard curve produced from known amounts of the purified protein.
