Title: Having trouble understanding a plot

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure this is the right section for this topic.
Anyway, do you know what "ex" means here?

(a)   15wt%, 10% Pb ex
(b)   15wt%, 10% Pb ex, 1% Mn
(c)   15wt%, 13% Pb ex, 1% Mn

It refers to a plot in a patent (https://patents.google.com/patent/EP3220431A1/en, you'll find it in the fourth image).

Have you tried actually reading the patent? (See sections 70 and 71.)
