Looking at videos on youtube about TLC I came across this one showing someone applying large samples with a lab pipette on the TLC plate but it seems that there were some sort of premade circles that would prevent the samples from difussing? Then the compounds migrate and resolve incredibly well.
Does any one know of this trick and could explain how to apply the samples manually in such an efficient way?
