Why ba being reduced when react with na2so4? Ba more reactive and easier to be oxidized than Na. reduction potential for ba is -2.9 and for na is -2.7

What do you mean by Ba being reduced? Do you mean oxidised? According to the electrode potentials the reaction
Ba + 2Na+ :rarrow: Ba2+ + 2Na
is favourable. But both Ba and Na react with water. If you put Ba into a solution of Na2SO4, you will get Ba2+ and hydrogen, rather than a reaction with Na+.

Reaction proceeds above boiling point of sodium.
