Title: Zn and Ag Redox Reaction

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with a redox reaction.

Redox Reaction of a Zn and Ag2O battery with water as the electrolyte:
Ag2O + H2O + 2e- => 2Ag + 2OH-  and Zn + 2OH- => ZnO + H2O + 2e-.

Would a similar redox reaction of Ag and ZnO work instead of Ag2O and Zn?

(I'm a Physics student with not a lot of chemistry knowledge so I would be grateful if someone could assist!  ;D )
