What is the best solvent for extracting Organic Acids from bio oil

The said organic acids are fatty acids and have similar lipophilicity with bio-oil. Consequently, they cannot be separated by extractions with an organic solvent.
Besides, their neutralization followed by extractions with water, does not work due to the surfactant properties of their salts that leads to their distribution in both water and bio-oil, accompanied with intense foaming.
