Title: I'm trying to turn baby wipes into sanitizing wipes - how much ethanol do I add?

The only alcohol I have is 70% ethyl, which I understand can't be diluted much to be effective.  But the baby wipes already have a solution in the package. So I'm not sure how much to pour in and still have the ethanol work.

(I apologize if wrong forum to ask this, but didn't know who else to ask and figured chemists would know best)

It's just regular Huggies wipes btw

Well for one thing, rubbing alcohol is not ethyl alcohol. It is still a good antiseptic, but maybe not well suited for the purpose you have in mind.
