Title: home experiments with Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) ampules

hello!
i have got some ampules of vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) (used for injections) left after treatment....

it is a red liquid solution.
what can i do with them in terms of homemade experiments? (i thoght about some biochemistry demonstrations and so... acid/base  redox experiments and so....) which home available reagents can i use to react with it?

any idea's ???
