Title: Temperature and Pressure effects on chemical reaction equilibrium constant

Could anybody please let me know why do chemical reaction equilibrium constants change with temperature, and why do they not change with pressure? I need to know that based on consideration of either the kinetics or the thermodynamics of the reactions.
