Title: About pH of the Promethazine HCL salt salution

I am not that much into organic chemistry or so , and if this is the right place to post but , please help .
Promethazine Hydrochloride(C17H20N2S . HCl) when dissolved as proportion of 25mg/ml . What would be the pH value. And will of that concentration safe for slow IV to humans.

pKa is 9.1, so it will be  slight acidic.  Calculate the concentration in mol/l

Calculation with formula of weak base.
