Title: pH=2.0-10?!
Post by: whywhywhy on September 10, 2004, 04:43:25 PM
what does it mean when a solution has a pH 2.0-10? usually a solution only has one specific pH value, but what about pH 2.0-10?

i have no clues   :-\

Yeah, that doesn't make any sense to me either.  What context did you see this in?

hmm... it is a pH gradient, but what values does the range cover? from 2 to 10 or only 2 and 10?   ::)

in proteomics.

It must be 2 to 10, not 2 and 10.  A jump that big wouldn't be much of a gradient at all....
