Title: Carbene cyclisation cycloaddition cascade

Hi,
Im trying to do a past paper and I am stuck on this question. I need to find a mechanism for the reaction of N to O. I am given some of the intermediates Q and P.
Can anyone point me in the right direction. I cant find answers online and my teacher is off becuase of the virus.

Check Modern Rhodium-Catalyzed Organic Reactions in Google books. Especially for you, the right page of the book is available.
