Title: Help with water-ethanol mixture thermal properties

I am trying to do some simulations using water-ethanol mixture as a heat exchanger medium in a natural circulation loop.
However, I found it difficult to find the thermal properties (density, thermal conductivity, specific heat, and viscosity)of the mixture at different temperature.

Any help in giving me reference to values of the liquid’s thermal properties will be highly appreciated.
