Title: A composite with the following properties

I need your help my friends. The question is:
One needs a composite with the following properties: Density: 1.30-1.36, Tensile strength: 255-270MPa, Flexural strength: 350-380 MPa, UL 94: HB, Water absorption: 0.2%-0.4%, Injection temperatures: 340-335-330-325⁰C. Offer a composite having the above properties.

I tried to solve this question filter method on some polymer/composite sites like Omnexus.
As a result, I have 4 materials;
4DUR 9K22110
4DUR 9K10000
4DUR 9K29600
SUSTARIN C ESD 90  but I am not sure.

SUSTARIN C ESD 90 has 42MPa yield stress, so 255MPa tensile strength is far from sure

255MPa is a lot for Pbtp-Gf and for any polymer. My general doc gives 140MPa instead. Is there something magic with the ones you suggest?

I can't interpret the given intervals. They are much narrower than the reproducibility of material strength, especially at polymers.

My general doc gives 250-270°C as injection temperature for Pbtp-Gf.

What you're looking for is a high-tech polymer, much more expensive and rare than Pbtp. You might check in the Pai - Pi - Peek - Pe - Lcp category, possibly with reinforcement. Graphite fibres are lighter than glass. Injection temperature and water absorption are the best guide to the polymer family, fibres would then adjust the mechanical properties.
