Hl, I need help identifying compound (alkene alkyne carboxylic acids, ...) 10 and 11. I need to find the compound to find the functional group with an experiment
Thanks

What kind of groups do you have here. Show your own ideas.

My english is not very good.
I think that 10 is a butane because ch3-ch2-ch2 but I can't identify 11
Thanks

The name butane refers to C4H10 hydrocarbon and it is a derivative of this hydrocarbon.
Certainly, these chemicals can be found in your handbook. But you can also find them on the internet. Just ask well, e.g. C6H5COCH3.

Thanks but i don't identify the number 11. I think that is a phenol

The compound phenol has a phenyl ring attached to a hydroxyl (-OH) group. It is an aromatic alcohol. Your compound does not have an alcohol group. There are a number of functional groups that contain a carbon double-bonded to oxygen; you just have to narrow it down further.
