Title: Metal complex formation

I want to produce a metal complex of chromium III. The ligands used is a diazonium salt of are Anthranilic acid and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone. I have tried the reaction with Basic chromium sulphate (16%) in aqueous medium at RT. But the reaction did not went well as it should as per the literature. Then I tried the reaction with Chromium formate in water at reflux in alkaline medium. But the reaction did not get completed and flask got pumped.
 
Any ideas would be highly appreciated. I am trying to produce acid yellow 59.

Feels like you are mixing two things together because if you are trying to make acid yellow 59, I dont see a need for chromium in the raction
