Title: How to spray Borates onto coke in Metallurgical Coke Plant?

Which method is the best if we spray borates solution onto metallurgical coke surface in the Metalurgical coke plant?
I mean in an industrial scale, what kind of equipment should we design (like nozzle, pumps, tanks, dosage unit??) in the water cooling tower or after crusher of the plant?
