Title: lab calculations

hi

I need to solve a problem but i need some help. i have 200 ug/ml (2ml in total)  of a sample X and i need to make 4 small portions of that and add different concentrations of HCL (100 μl of 0,05M,0,1M, 0,5M, 1M).IF I want to transfer 100μl from my stock solution to each new portion but then , the concentration will be the same?and if add 100 μl of HCL in each portion how I will calculate the new concentrations?
