Title: How to find the Coordination adn Oxidation number of this organo.m molecule?

i got C.N = 6 AND O.S = +2 ? and the molecule as [MX2L4] Is this correct ?

I would say Titanium is 0. 8 Elektrons from 4 Nitrogen . The 2 Benzylgroups and the quarternere amide will neutralize it self with 2 times +1 and one -2 of the nitrogen.
Ti is [Ar] 3d2 4s2 + 8 electron gives d10 s2
