Title: Urgent Question before Test Tomorrow

The question is : Elements X and Z form two different binary compounds.  The first contains 0.2247 g X/1.000 g Z, and the second contains 0.1348 g X/1.000 g Z.  If the formula for the first compound is a multiple of  X2Z3, the formula of the second compound is a multiple of

A) XZ2          B) XZ3   C) X2Z5   D) X2Z7   E) none of these

The answer is C but I dont know how to get there
