Title: Quenching pyrophoric phosphine

I found some Bu3P that needs to be disposed of. I tried looking for some info on how to quench it, but was unsuccessful. Dilute and cold acid?

How much are we talking about? Could you oxidise with e.g. aqueous hydrogen peroxide?
