this oxidizing agents (O3, H202, HNO3) in a less stoichiometric quantity for prevent a huge quantity of carboxilic acid, works fine oxidizing ethanol and methanol for produce acetaldehyde and
formaldehyde respectively without catalyst?

What do you think? Do you have a reference?

None of these three reagents is common for oxidizing alcohols to aldehydes. Although it must be added that the oxidation of ethanol to acetaldehyde is only interesting at an industrial level and in that case all kinds of specific oxidants are used.
Without knowing the context of your research, it is difficult to answer you.
