What is more soluble in oil H2 or NH3?
and why?
-
What kind of oil?
-
Olive oil, canola oil etc.
I just want to figure out how different gas features effect gas soluablity in oil.
-
Just search the literature for The Solubility of Gases in Fatty Oils.
-
NH3 will react with the fattyacid esters in the oil and form amides. I dont think H2 is very soluble.
