What is more soluble in oil H2 or NH3?
and why?

Olive oil, canola oil etc.

I just want to figure out how different gas features effect gas soluablity in oil.

Just search the literature for The Solubility of Gases in Fatty Oils.

NH3 will react with the fattyacid esters in the oil and form amides. I dont think H2 is very soluble.
