Title: What is a Standard and cheap formula in making standard thinner?

Hello Guys,
I had a projects which will require a lot of standard thinner and should be cheap
could you help out on what are probable chemical ingredients
also what to do and what not to do during the mix

Is it  not possible to buy this from a paintsupplier? Its not expensive.

Here it is somehow expensive...I am in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
