for example I had a question where all the pairs have the same Molar ratio, and it asks me which pairs will form a buffer. How would I go about solving this. I don't need the solution, just a method for doing this please.
a.CH3COOH + CH3COONa
b.NH4Cl + NH3
c.HCl + NaCl
d.HCl + CH3COOH
e.NaOH + HCl
f.NaOH + CH3COO

Do you know the definition of a buffer solution?

Yes, it's a weak acid with it's conjugate base. I don't know how to figure that out quickly without calculating the pH

Can you decide - for given mixtures - whether they contain such pairs?
(some of the questions, as asked, are impossible to answer without further info, but let's start with the obvious ones)
