We have just launched an open beta of a software tool for recognition of hand-drawn chemical structures. It is an add-in (extension) for Microsoft OneNote for Windows that allows you to instantly convert sketches of structures into clean images and SDF files. If you like to draw structures by hand, I encourage you to give it a try. Just keep in mind that it is still in early access.
