Title: Industrial Instrumentation online course
Post by: Frank_SO4 on January 28, 2021, 02:06:04 PM
Hi guys (and girls)!

For those of you interested, I was a part of the team building this course on industrial instrumentation. It's about 6 hours, but it's complete, it overviews almost everything pertinent to the selection of instrument in processes of fluids or granular solids. It works well as a refresher course or to learn more on some less common continuous measurements techniques (less common devices, vibration sensors, composition analyzers, etc.).

We worked hard on it, so far, the fellow engineers' comments have been positive, but I am curious what you have to say about it, we are constantly trying to perfect it some more.

I also liked this other one, which doesn't get much into the instruments specifics, but talks more about the strategies in relation to processes and process controls.

Have a nice day :)
