ok... so i had an O chem test this morning and i cant stop thinking about this one problem, so for any of you Ochem gurus help me relax...
the question was on designating chirality centers, R or S, and prioritizng the ligands attached to the carbon...
The Following were the ligands and what i prioritized them..
NH2-1
CC-2
CH2-3
H-4
I originally had ch2 before cc, but i thought that since carbon was higher in atomic number than H, it would come before becuase you would be looking at the second substituent if the first was the same.
