Title: Word Problem.

Can someone please explain the steps on how to do the following question and explain the formula I need to use:

Calculate the amount of heat that must be absorbed by 10.0 g of ice
at  -20°C to convert it to liquid water at 60°C.

Almost every textbook deals with such a problem.
We do not rewrite textbooks on the Forum.

Reread the chapter. Something like Q = mcΔt should pop up.
