Title: I need help understanding the HNMR, C NMR, and IR spectra of three compounds

I have to be able to read and interpret the HNMR, C NMR, and IR spectra of the following three: 1,1 dichloroethane, Butanoic acid, and benzene. I am a little confused and am not sure if I understand it fully, so if you can I would love it if someone could help me out with this. Thank you.
