My answers:-
a. Relative atomic weight of other element after assigning atomic weight of  1 to Sulfur  is 6.25.

b.Atomic weight of Sulfur is 32.06 g. and atomic weight of other element is 200.375.

c. Mercury(II) is mixed with Sulfur.

d.Formula of the compound is HgS.

Are these above answers correct?

Correct. To be pedantic, the answer to c is simply mercury. "Mercury(II)" isn't an element, but an oxidation state of an element.
