Title: Acid reaction with cotton fabric blended with synthetic fabrics

What would happen if concentrated sulfuric acid were to get on clothing that was majority cotton or organic fabric blended with spandex/polyester?  Would the sulfuric acid burn through the organic fabrics and leave the synthetic fabrics in tact?
