Title: Reaction Scheme Question

Is it right that product C is a result of 1,4 conjugate addition of CN to the alkene bond?
And product D from C will both nitrile hydrolysis and elimination (including 1,2 methyl shift) occur? Or just nitrile hydrolysis only?
