Title: LLE improvement

Hi, I am doing a liquid-liquid extraction with MTBE - freezing aq. layer with dry ice, and then evaporate the organic layer in a speed vac. Unfortunately, my samples take very long for speed vac evaporation. This is most likely due to water that is still present in my organic phase. How can I prevent this or speed up the process?
My sample contains water, methanol and MTBE.
