Title: Avatar the last airbender, with real elements!

If there was a show like Avatar: the last Airbender, but the characters could "bend" real elements, what could be some of the cool stuff they could do?  ::)

For example, bending hydrogen to create fire (and oxygen to make it more effective!) or bending lithium for influencing someone elses mind   ;D

When you assume physics/chemistry doesn't hold, you are limited by imagination only.
