Title: How to determine the rate of reaction (the rate constant k) with titration?

So I have a school project where I will be investigating how the concentration of HCl (aq) affects the activation energy. I'm going to titrate (either with an indicator or thermometrically) it against a standard solution of NaOH (aq),  how would I find the rate of reaction for each trial?

How would I determine the rate of reaction (the rate constant k) of the neutralization reaction:

Hydrochloric Acid + Sodium Hydroxide ---> Sodium Chloride + Water

Isn't it temperature dependent? Is it even possible to find the rate constant?

Neutralization reaction is way too fast to be investigated this way.

Besides, there is no way to use titration to determine kinetics of its own reaction. For slow reaction determination of concentration of reactants/products can be done this way, and it can help determine the activation energy, but not here.
