Post by: haber_17 on July 23, 2021, 10:19:30 AM
How do i balance the equation C6H14 ---> C14H26 + C22H44. I need to balance this equation before i can calculate the change in enthalpy using GaussView

1. Calculate number of carbon atoms on the right side.
2. Multiply number of C6H14 to make number of carbon atoms equal.
3. Add H2 on either left or right side.
