Title: How to convert NO3 to NH4?
Post by: tunadam on August 31, 2021, 02:24:18 AM
I have ion values of salt leachates from chemical analysis, all are in mg/L unit (or ppm). The salt what I want to calculate from the leachate is ammonium alum, therefore it contains NH4, however, I have NO3 values measured. How can I calculate NH4 from NO3 values?

Thanks

You want to know conc. of Al(NH4)(SO4)2, but instead someone measured concentrations of NO3- ?

Nothing can be done here, but to measure NH4+ this time.
