Title: Using a Strange Burette?
Post by: beanfiend98 on September 01, 2021, 01:20:59 PM
I work in a quality control lab and I have a burette I can't figure out: a Kimble Chase automatic class B burette.  To clarify, I have used a burette before when I took chemistry in college however the burette I was using was much simpler than this.  I've been trying to figure out how to fill it before running a new test but I can't even fill it up. I haven't been able to find any videos or instructions on how to use it. Could anyone tell me how to use it? or a resource that would show me?  Thanks.

It should be filled gravitationally (or under pressure) from the bottom, through the second tube (the one bent).
