Title: What is the E/Z Nomenclature for this compound?

This is my first time posting so apologies if I get anything wrong with this post. Basically I have this assignment due and I can figure out the IUPAC name for this organic compound(pic attached) I can tell it's a hexadecahexaene with 4 methyl groups attached but I don't understand it's geometric isomerism. Any help is appreciated :) thank you.
