1)A polyester obtained from fatty acids of sunflower oil with a polyglycerine
2) An amide obtained from fatty acids of sunflower oil and diethanolamine
I am a mechanical engineer and my knowledge of organic chemistry is very limited. English is not my first language and I tried finding the answers both in my native language and English without any success. I tested these substances as lubricants on a 4 ball testing machine, but I need their scientific names and, if possible, something about the process through which they are obtained, or where to look for that.
Thank you in advance!

It is not that trivial - sunflower oil contains a mixture of fatty acids, so there is no single, systematic name.

Thank you for taking the time to answer. The issue is, I tried looking up on the web terms such as "polyglycerol ester of fatty acids" and I saw that this substance is a powder. The one which I've been testing was in a liquid state of aggregation. Depending how I phrased my search, I would get different results.

Is this a commercial product?
