Title: Testing for superiority between two versions of PEGylated IFN
Post by: edgardoodle on December 11, 2021, 08:33:25 PM
Hello,

I need to have two Pegylated Interferons tested for quality to determine which sample is superior. The only difference in the two versions are the raw pegylation materials used.

Which specific lab tests would you recommend?

Thank you!

Doesn't it depend on how you define "superior" for your needs?

"Superior" would be based mostly on potency, antiviral activity. Also, purity, bioavailability, overall quality and safety, protein activity.

Depends if you have in vitro or in vivo capabilities.
